We are dedicated to safeguarding and preserving your privacy during
any of your interactions with us. This Privacy Policy explains what
happens to any personal information that you provide to us, or that we
collect from you.
What information is collected?
In the view of fulfilling our services, we may collect and process
necessary information that is required to fulfil the intended
services. The information we collect and process can be classified
into the below two categories.
1) Personal Data
Information that is about you and your company falls under this
category. The scope of personal data would include, but not be limited
to, your personal details, contact information, company information,
details about your business processes, and technical access details
(such as API tokens).
Personal data may have been provided by you through various media,
including but not limited to form submissions, through Emails, during
meetings, or even in person.
2) Service Data
Information about other parties, such as your customers or vendors,
falls under this category. The scope of service data would include,
but not be limited to, your customer information, vendor credits, and
business transactions.
We do not typically collect service data directly, but these are only
processed by the software products that we build intending to serve
your business requirements or sometimes manually, to help onboard your
business data into our products.
Why is your information collected?
Personal data that we collect and store relating to you is primarily
used to enable us to provide our services to you. We strive to
minimize the information collected, keeping it bare minimal that are
only essential in fulfilling the intended services.
In addition, we may use your personal data for the following purposes:
1. To provide you with information requested from us, relating to our
products or services.
2. To meet our contractual commitments to you.
3. To notify you about any changes to our business terms, such as
improvements or service/product changes, that may impact our service.
4. To provide information on other products and services which we feel
may be of interest to you, only when you have consented to receive
such information.
Where is your information stored?
Personal data
Your personal data is stored in the business applications that we use
for our day-to-day operations. These business applications that we use
can either be built by ourselves or be licensed from various leading
business software vendors, who follow their own industry standard
secure practices, based on their respective privacy policies.
We may transfer your personal data to locations outside your own
geographical jurisdiction for processing and storing. Also, it may be
processed by staff operating from anywhere in the world who work for
us or for one of our partners or service providers, limiting to the
purposes mentioned above. By submitting your personal data, you agree
to this transfer, storing, or processing.
Service data
Your service data is stored on the secure servers hosted with our
infrastructure providers, accessed via the software products built by
us. The data is managed completely by you via the secure unique login
that we provide you.
Who has access to your information?
Where applicable, any member (full-time or part-time) of our company
who is involved in fulfilling any services for you will have access to
your Personal data, which is necessary only to fulfil the service in
hand.
In order to fulfil any of the services committed to you, we might
employ third party service providers. The personnel authorized by our
third-party service providers will have access to your scoped Personal
data, which is necessary to fulfil the service in hand.
We have restricted manual access to your Service data, even for our
own employees and our infrastructure providers. The access is limited
for all parties only for the purpose of debugging any issues reported
on the product.
We may also disclose your data to third parties in certain cases,
including but not limited to the following scenarios.
1. Where we sell any or all of our business and/or our assets to a
third party.
2. Where we are legally required to disclose your information.
3. To assist fraud protection and minimise risk.
We ensure to give you prior notice about the disclosure during any of
the scenarios.
Is there any risk?
During its entire lifecycle, we will take all reasonable steps to make
sure that your personal data is treated securely and in accordance
with this policy.
To fulfil some of our internal operations, we use the services of some
third party vendors or service providers (such as our infrastructure
providers or third party software vendors). All our service providers
are governed by their own privacy policies, which are on par with
industry standards.
However, the transmission of information via the internet is not
completely secure, and therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of
data sent to us electronically, and transmission of such data is
therefore entirely at your own risk. Where we have given you (or where
you have chosen) a password to access any of our services, you are
responsible for keeping this password confidential.
Changes to this policy
We do update this policy periodically as demanded, hence please do
check and review this policy regularly. When we make significant
changes to this policy, we will notify our customers via email.
